Sale and Purchase of Goods

Marco Collections. ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout") and incorporated herein by this reference ("Goods") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Purchase Price

You agree to pay the final Purchase Price of the Goods as stated when you complete your checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges.

Payment Terms

The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by the Buyer at Checkout through the safe and secure payment methods listed on the page.


We strive to convey the beauty of each Marco piece by providing the most accurate and comprehensive product descriptions.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us via an email to innerbeauty@marcocollections.com immediately. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.

Refund/Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Marco collections. Every piece is carefully sourced and thought out to reflect the inner beauty of every Marco woman.

However, if you are unhappy with a product for a particular reason, please contact us at innerbeauty@marcocollections.com within 14 days of receipt and let us know the reason for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As much as we want to accommodate all requests, no refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement by the Seller.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If there’s a delay in your approved refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company for any credit in clearing. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at innerbeauty@marcocollections.com. Also, check Our Guarantee page on how you can request for a replacement of a Marco piece within 6 months of your purchase.


We want you to enjoy your Marco Collections jewellery as soon as possible. However, please know that certain shipping conditions are outside of our control. Delivery dates provided by the Seller are estimates only. We will always strive to ensure your order arrives on time. However, we do not accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs when returning/replacing your item in cases wherein the seller is not at fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
